We here at KDIS are proud to share that Khan, Qaisar (2015 PhD-DP), one of our graduates in doctoral course at KDI School, has been appointed as an assistant professor in School of Education at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), Pakistan. Khan is a Pakistani alumnus of KDIS who both graduated from our Master’s program (2014 MDP) and our Doctoral program (2015 DP), and we are honored to have one of our alumni be appointed to such a high position to implement the skills and knowledge that we shared with him.

LUMS, in particular, is one of the most prestigious universities in Pakistan, and we spread this news of success to our alumni with great pride. LUMS is an institution that was founded in 1984 and is responsible for producing notable alumni such as Hina Rabbani Khar, former Foreign Minister of Pakistan and National Assembly member, Umar Saif, Chairman of PITB Pakistan, and Haris Aziz, notable artificial intelligence scientist. We hope that this news inspires both our alumni and current students to do their very best and reach success in their own paths.

We also send our best wishes to Qaisar and wish that he will have a wonderful experience at the LUMS school of education.
